BR-S-08: Standard-rate VAT breakdown mismatch

What it means
For a Standard rated VAT category rate (BT-119), the VAT category taxable amount (BT-116) in a VAT breakdown does not equal the sum of Invoice line net amounts plus document-level charges minus document-level allowances that carry that VAT rate.
Most common cause
Usually cascades from missing or removed invoice lines (e.g. BR-16), or a VAT breakdown that was hand-edited without recalculating it from the lines.
How to fix it
Recompute each VAT category's taxable amount from the lines, charges and allowances that carry that VAT rate, at the source system.
