An invoice line marked VAT-exempt (BT-151 = 'Exempt from VAT') is present, but the invoice does not state the seller's VAT identifier, tax registration identifier, or tax representative's VAT identifier.
How to fix it
Add BT-31, BT-32 or BT-63 whenever any line, allowance or charge uses the Exempt from VAT category.
