cbc:CustomizationID (UBL) or GuidelineSpecifiedDocumentContextParameter/ID (CII) is empty or missing from the ERP export.

Set the CustomizationID/GuidelineSpecifiedDocumentContextParameter to the correct profile URN your buyer requires (e.g. the EN16931 or XRechnung URN).
